The whole order was handled brilliantly. I ordered a firewater cup, clarified the technical details and the firewater team delivered on time at the agreed date. How does the firewater shower work?
What is the difference to a solar shower?
Quite simply: that there is warm water even when you really need it ;-)
Can you also take cold showers with the firewater shower?
Yes, of course. You can easily regulate your desired water temperature using the mixing valve.
From ice cold to pleasantly hot, everything is possible here.
Can the water heater explode due to pressure?
No, Don `t worry!
Our patented instantaneous water heater is protected in multiple ways and regulates the pressure independently via a valve.
How can I win the firewater shower?

Can I use the shower in winter? And if so, how?
Yes, you can use the firewater shower as usual in winter.
It is important that you follow the following 3 steps after using the shower in sub-zero temperatures:
1. Open the red drain valve as usual after showering.
2. Remove the hand shower with hose from the valve and make sure the valve is open.
3. Remove the mixer valve from the shower by turning it.
This means that all parts of the shower are completely drained of water and are therefore winterproof.
How do I maintain the shower?
The Feuerwasser shower is very low maintenance and easy to care for. Remove the ash from the oven regularly.
How is the shower set up?
Each Feuerwasser shower is supplied with a mounting bracket for concrete floors. This is anchored into the floor using three screws. The base of the shower is then attached and clamped to the sides with screws.
Alternatively, you can buy the plate stand in our shop, which allows you to set up the shower anywhere. Four conventional stone plates (40x40x4 cm) are enough for a secure hold.

We have bought our production facility in beautiful Bad Schwanberg in southern Austria. We now produce our hot tubs and baths directly on the Sulm, independently, carefully and with great attention to detail.
