Withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by distance selling or outside the business premises of FEUERWASSER within the meaning of the FAGG within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days and is calculated from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer, who is not a carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform FEUERWASSER of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear but informal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). The attached model withdrawal form below can (but does not have to) be used for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period has expired. The withdrawal must be addressed to:
FEUERWASSER, Owner Martin Auer
Garanaser Straße 6
8541 Bad Schwanberg
Austria
info@feuerwasser.co
In the event of a withdrawal from the contract, FEUERWASSER must refund the payments made by the customer, including delivery costs, to the account specified by the customer within 14 days, and the customer must return the received goods without delay, but no later than 14 days after declaring the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld by FEUERWASSER until the goods have been received back.
The goods are to be returned to the following address:
FEUERWASSER, Owner Martin Auer
Garanaser Straße 6
8541 Bad Schwanberg
Austria
The costs incurred for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
A withdrawal from the contract is particularly excluded for goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Any compensation for a reduction in the value of the goods must be paid – in accordance with the statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal – if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
