Free Delivery

We generally deliver our products free of charge.

Delivery Area and Special Conditions

Standard Shipping: Delivery is made to your specified shipping address and includes delivery to the curbside (curbside delivery).

Hard-to-reach addresses: Please note that deliveries to properties with difficult access or under special delivery conditions may incur additional costs.

Deliveries to non-EU/non-EEA countries: For deliveries to a non-EEA country, you bear all import and export costs, including any customs duties, fees, and taxes. Exception for Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland, these costs are already included in the purchase price.

When will it be delivered?

All information regarding delivery times is non-binding. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed in advance. The goods you ordered will only be dispatched after the purchase price has been paid in full (or the required down payment in the case of a partial payment agreement).

We ship from our production facility in Bad Schwanberg (Austria).

Important Note on Delivery

Please ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and that you are able to receive the goods. If a delivery is not possible and the transport company returns the goods to us, the buyer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment (unless you are not responsible for the failure to deliver).
