What are the advantages of a stainless steel inner pan?
The stainless steel used is called V4A stainless steel, is food-safe and is also used for dairymaids and commercial kitchens due to its extremely smooth and therefore very hygienic, easy-to-clean surface.
This valuable material also convinces with its robust and high quality and long durability. The stainless steel is absolutely waterproof, particularly UV-resistant and, up to a certain concentration, also resistant to salt and chlorine.
Furthermore, its noble look and the pleasant feeling when you touch it are convincing. Stainless steel is 100% recyclable, so it does not lose value and is ecologically justifiable.
Why is solid pine wood used?
Feuerwasser has opted for solid pine wood because this wood is ideal for the frequent alternation of drought and wetness and is native. This type of wood splinters little and is therefore also pleasant to use.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery of Feuerwasser products is free of charge within mainland Europe.
Deliveries to hard-to-reach homes or with special delivery conditions may incur additional costs.
The delivery costs to other countries can be requested directly from us.
Do you also deliver to Switzerland?
Feuerwasser also delivers to Switzerland at the Austrian gross prices. The ordered product is cleared through customs via our forwarding partner and imported into Switzerland. Feuerwasser takes care of customs clearance, export and taxation, so you don’t have to expect any later costs.
How are the Feuerwasser products delivered?
The Feuerwasser products are transported well and safely packed on pallets.
The delivery is carried out by a forwarding partner.
Shortly before delivery, the supplier will contact you by phone.
What do I do after receiving the goods?
After the carrier has delivered the product to your curb, you can unpack the product.
To do this, remove the brackets and any packaging material. Since the pallet is made of wood, it can be shredded and then heated.
Check that the product has arrived undamaged. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do I have to assemble the products myself?
No, the Feuerwasser products come to you fully assembled, all you have to do is place them in the desired place and put the exhaust pipe on the stove opening.
For the barrel and cup, you also have to connect the outdoor oven, which you can do easily with the help of our user manual.
What is the best way to heat up?
Here are a few tips for heating up:
- The stove only develops its full power after heating up several times – at the beginning you need a little patience!
- Please use thin logs (max. 5 cm thick).
- We recommend spruce wood as it generates great heat and strong flames. When heating Feuerwasser products, you have to proceed differently than you are used to from firing a tiled or Swedish stove: In the case of Feuerwasser stoves, strong, large and hot flames are optimal, which can heat the water quickly.
- Layer the fuel so that there is good air everywhere and also supply the fire with enough air by opening the regulator on the door completely.
- The heating time depends on the ambient temperature and the initial water temperature, among other things – if it’s very cold, you should plan more time.
- Mix the water regularly, our Feuerwasser paddle is well suited for this, as you can also read the water temperature on the integrated thermometer.
- For the barrel and cup, you should also open the valve on the top of the oven every 20 minutes or so to vent the oven.
How long does it take before I can start bathing?
The heating time depends on the wood used, the heating technology, the outside temperature and the initial water temperature. Especially the first two to three times the stove will have a weaker heating capacity. From about the 3rd or 4th time firing, the stove will deliver its desired performance.
Heating time per product:
- Barrel: 2.5 – 4 hours
- Bathtub: 45 – 70 minutes
- Cup: 2 – 2.5 hours

How long does the water stay warm?
How long the bath water stays warm depends on the outside temperature, but in general, the water stays warm for several hours because the embers in the stove still heat.
Is it possible to use Feuerwasser products all year round?
Yes, the Feuerwasser products can be used very well all year round. In winter, operation is no problem even at low temperatures and swimming is simply wonderful!
In summer, it is very pleasant to refresh and cool off in the cold water. And in the evening, when it gets cooler, you can make a fire and relax in the warm water.
How can I protect the products from frost, snow and rain?
Feuerwasser offers custom-made, beige tarpaulins made of waterproof, dirt-repellent and UV-resistant composite. Place these on the dry and clean wellness product and attach them to the holding devices with the elastic bands.
With the barrel and cup, you get a wooden cross with your tarpaulin, which supports the shape and stability of the tarpaulin.
For long-term good wood quality, it is important that you do not let the product snow completely snow, but shovel it free after heavy snowfall.
In winter, please always empty the product completely when not in use. Then frost cannot harm your Feuerwasser product. Also make sure that the ball valve is open, otherwise water can freeze in the valve in the hollow chamber of the ball, expand and thus break the valve. If this does happen, you can install a new ball valve.
What are the ongoing operating costs for the products?
Our Feuerwasser products are very cost-effective in operation, as you do not need electricity or chemicals. All you need is water and wood. Due to the highly efficient stoves of Feuerwasser, you only need small amounts of wood to heat the bath water. The bath water can then be reused for watering and is retained in the water cycle.
