Shipping Information

Shipping Method: Large-format products such as outdoor hot tubs, outdoor showers, stainless steel hot tubs, or stainless steel bath barrels are shipped via freight forwarding. Small parts like spare parts or separate accessories are shipped via parcel service or post.

Delivery Time: Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the standard delivery time is approx. 2 to 6 weeks. All information regarding delivery periods is non-binding. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery: Standard delivery is "curbside" to the specified delivery address. This means that the shipping company is responsible for unloading, but not for any further transport to your preferred location.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas:
Within the mainland EU and to Switzerland, we generally offer free shipping.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we cover the import sales tax and any applicable customs duties. These costs are already included in the purchase price. No additional costs will arise.

For deliveries to islands and countries outside the EU, additional shipping costs may apply. These will be communicated separately after individual clarification.

Shipping takes place within the EU and to selected other countries.

Special Delivery Conditions: For deliveries to difficult-to-access addresses or under difficult delivery conditions, additional costs may arise.

Payment & Shipping: Ordered goods will only be shipped after full payment of the purchase price.

Shipping Location: Shipping takes place from our production site in Bad Schwanberg, Austria.

Important Delivery Notice: Please ensure that the specified delivery address is correct and that the goods can be accepted. If delivery is not possible and the goods are returned to us, the buyer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipping attempt, provided the buyer is responsible for the failed delivery.
